💰 MAVI Refund Policy

Short version: Apple handles all billing, so Apple handles all refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com — it takes about a minute and most legitimate requests are approved.

1. How to request a refund

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID (or open Settings → [your name] → Purchase History on your iPhone).
  2. Find the MAVI purchase or subscription charge.
  3. Choose "Request a refund" and a reason.
  4. Apple reviews and processes the refund — typically within 48 hours.

Apple generally accepts refund requests made within 90 days of the charge.

2. Free trial

The 7-day MAVI Pro trial is free. Cancel anytime before the trial ends (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) and you will not be charged. If you were charged because you forgot, request a refund through Apple — and email us, we'll help.

3. Subscriptions

Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, use the refund process above — that's exactly what it's for.

4. We'll advocate for you

If Apple's process doesn't solve it, email support@ghbventures.com with your purchase date and we will help make it right. We would rather you leave happy than keep money from a broken experience.
